TurtlesEgg is all about convenience and choice, door delivery, and or savings with a local pick up.  Our focus is to make your experience shopping at TurtlesEgg enjoyable and easy.  

Delivery

All our seller-partners are committed to providing free standard and or paid expedited convenient and reliable delivery within the contiguous 48 United States.  Some of our sellers show extra love by providing two-day shipping at no extra cost.   

Due to the nature of some products, it’s possible that free shipping may not be available on some products and services.  We absolutely do not want you to have surprises so please read the shipping terms on the product page and costs at checkout.   

All our seller-partners use USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, or alternative courier service that provides point-to-point live tracking, the status is visible on the courier's website.  

Lag Time

All orders leave our supplier-partners warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery2 to 8 days
2 Day Delivery2 days from the time it's scanned by the courier company.


While all delivery companies diligently work towards timely deliveries, there are situations especially during high volume seasons where delays occur, we request you to show patience and contact our seller-partners for assistance.

Once you place your order, our seller partner will message you with a pickup time.  

For any reason those times do not work for you, simply message the seller-partner with an alternative time most convenient for you, they will be happy to accommodate you provided they are within the stated business hours.
