We have listed a few "Must Do's and Don'ts" for all Seller’s to start selling on TurtlesEgg.com. These are designed for sellers to grow sales, increase profitability, and build customer loyalty.
⦁ Sellers must be authorized to sell in the USA and provide a valid EIN # and/or Social Security #.
⦁ Sellers must only sell new products.
⦁ Sellers must provide free shipping and handle on all products
⦁ Sellers must provide free pick-up if the “pick-up” option is offered.
⦁ Sellers must provide free return shipping in case of replacement or return
⦁ Sellers must provide 30 days, no questions asked, replace or return policy
⦁ Sellers must sell products priced the same as or below on TurtlesEgg.com as they do on their own websites and other marketplaces.
Sellers must post their size measurement chart for any products that require customer fit (such as apparel and other items that require size specs). This will help reduce returns.
⦁ Sellers must not use the customer contact list for anything other than issues concerning products and shipments they sell on TurtlesEgg.com.
⦁ Sellers will not solicit business with customers that have reached out to the outside of the TurtlesEgg.com platform
⦁ Sellers must ship all orders within 12 to 36 hours. Any further delay, the customer must be informed at the earliest.
⦁ Sellers must not sell products that are forbidden to sell on our sites such as Adult Products, Firearms, Narcotics, and or any banded items or substances. For a full list of forbidden items and services, please read our Terms & Conditions for a full list.
⦁ Sellers must not post pictures, videos, or any media that would be unethical, inappropriate, indecent, violent, or of sexual nature. The seller must post clear pictures of products as the main picture with minimal or no background.
⦁ Sellers must not sell products they do not have permission to sell from brand owners.
⦁ Sellers who offer “pick-up” option, in good faith, agree to route any add-on sales during customers pick up visit through the TurtlesEgg.com platform.
