The Truform 8808 surgical stockings are designed for post-surgical recovery and for non-ambulatory (bed-confined) patients.

They provide a mild, 18 mmHg graduated compression to the ankle to help improve circulation

and reduce the danger of thromboembolic disease (blood clots). These stockings are

doctor-recommended for preventing blood clots from forming in the legs while a person is stationary.

The knee-high design features a closed toe for comfortable ambulation and a soft,

non-constricting top that stays in place. The material is a smooth, opaque knit

fabric made from a latex-free blend of nylon and spandex, which also helps to

conceal blemishes.
