Turtles Egg is a socially responsible platform focused on creating a sustainable source of funding for various charities that help humanity and pets through commerce.   We can only do this with the support of you, our customer.   

Every purchase you make contributes towards a goal we share between our customers, sellers and Turtles Egg.   Thus, we request you to read all product and service data, policies, warranties and reviews when placing your orders to avoid returns due to redundancy, improper sizing, color, delivery time etc.      

Each supplier on Turtles Egg has their own unique return policy. Most suppliers offer returns, while some suppliers may have a no-refund policy based on type of product or service.  

You can view a supplier’s return policy by clicking on the supplier’s product listing. The return policy can be found on the bottom right corner of a product listing.

We highly recommend that you read the return policies before ordering.   

In extreme cases, Turtles Egg reserves the right to overturn a supplier's return policy. Such cases include:

  • The customer received a damaged or incorrect product:
  • The shipment was returned due to incorrect address:
  • Missing order:
  • Late order:

In the case that a customer reports a damaged or incorrect product, the customer will be required to submit photo evidence within 30 days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved, the supplier is responsible for paying the return shipping charges and for replacing or refunding the order. If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, the recipient must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.

We recommend all our dear customers that if the product and or service you bought is in good condition and per your expectations, keep it and enjoy it.   

Simple gestures of understanding helps sellers keep their pricing low and sustainable.   

In the case that a reshipment is required due to an address entry error on the customer's end, this additional shipping cost will be covered by the seller.   

As a valuable customer, we request you to give valid addresses the first time to avoid any inconvenience to you and costs to our sellers.   

In the case that a package is delivered according to shipping courier’s confirmed tracking number update, but the recipient claims that they did not receive the item, the customer must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly and contact the seller who will also contact the shipping carrier.  

While this occurs especially during busy seasons, we request you to work closely with the seller so that a solution can be found that is beneficial for you and the seller.   Please remember “Together we win.”  

In the case that the product has not been processed or shipped within the time frame agreed to by the supplier, and the customer wishes to cancel the order, then the supplier is responsible for refunding the order.

Please note that a supplier may sometimes require more time to fulfill orders such as during high-volume seasons. In these instances, the supplier is allowed to notify customers that their orders will be fulfilled later than normal and give a more accurate shipping time.  

 

How do I request a return, exchange, or refund?

Handling returns is an essential part of running a business. Turtles Egg is here to help! We have put together the following process to make this process easier:

  • Make sure customer has a valid reason to replace or return the product (e.g. defective items) and provide evidence by sending photos to seller.
  • Turtles Egg has provided a seamless process to help customers and sellers work together to make the return / refund / exchange request absolutely smooth.  In case you have any issues, simply contact customer support turtles at Returns@TurtlesEgg.com.  
  • After the supplier has approved the order return or refund, the product must be returned to the supplier as indicated by the supplier in their profile within 30 days to receive a refund.
  • The product must be returned in new condition or as received condition with all original packaging.  
  • As customer once you send this back update the tracking number.
  • Once the supplier has received the returned product, a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card on file.
