We recommend reporting any order or booking issue as soon as possible after you receive your item or your service date passes. Specific timeframes may be detailed in our Refund or Dispute Policy and in the seller's own terms.

Eligible refunds are usually issued to your original payment method. In some cases, and where applicable under our policies, we may offer TurtlesEgg credit which you can use on future purchases.
